Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Time All products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Destinations We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note we currently cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or North Korea.
Lost Packages If your package hasn't arrived, please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery window ends:
- Domestic US orders: 30 days from ship date
- International orders: 45 days from ship date
We'll work with Printify to investigate and arrange a reprint or resolution if no error occurred on your end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund.
